Tuesday, September 06, 2005 - Holy Crap Am I buisy, way too buisy to use a shell checker. Someone posted the comment that I ought use one, but we're not big on spelling round here. You know you've made it when people who don't like you, still check out you're site. So Ste Agate is in a week, and I don't have an engine for Kylie. Dannii is OK, so we're quickly reprepping her just in case, but the poor girl needs a rest, and a trip to the bodyshop. Her rockers are blasted clean. The turbo and intercooler are muddy, but nothing much seems to have gotten into the motor, a nice change from Rim. Not an Ideal situation for her, but a get-by situation no doubt. I'll post more when I can. Oh yea, a shout out to every one I chatted with at Ojibwe. An award for the most suicidal fan goes to Russ, who stood in the middle of the road windmilling his arms. I appreciate the effort, but please stay off the race track :) Notice the spirals in the mud encrusted on the restrictor. As air moves into the turbo it will swirl, like water going down a drain. The mud spirals are evidence of this phenoeon. By the way, Rally America has great pictures and video from the event. |
