Which driver leadin the two United States series and the North American Cup hasn't showered in 3 days? Phil and I wheeled in at 2 in the morning last night, and I didn't want to make the hour drive home, so I slept in the service truck again. I actually managed to wash a substantial part of myself in our shop sink.

Well we had a pretty good trip out west. I really have to thank Claire and Carolyn for letting me stay with them, you really made the trip possible. I think the way to do this is going to be making a laundry list of things that needed, and need to be done to reprep Kylie. We'll be taking Dannii to STPR, so there shouldn't be a time crunch.

Oregon Trail:

bent right rear link

2 tweaked half-shafts

8 melted caliper seals

front rotors have micro-fractures

Worn Ohlens strut bearings

Standard reprep

Rim Of the World:

Spoiler, trunk lid, trunk springs, rear window, bent right front control arm. crushed radiator support, bent structural horns, bent front subframe, bent oilpan, cracked front bumper, missing rear left mudgaurd. I'll add to this as we continue the reprep. Let me give you an idea of what driving was like; On messanger flats we bent an a arm on a jump. we didn't hit anything, but we landed a little sideways and it has waves in it. We couldn't replace it because the frame underneath was bent, and only that control arm would fit. Phil just redid the alignment to incorperate the bent piece. Yeha!

I forgot to mention 5th gear grinds, and the engine is so tired she was way down on power. That engine is a ver 6 from a street car that had 30,000 km on it before Perce Neige. Definitly due for a trip up to VT Car for a rebuild.

Both front wheel bearings are shot.

There is broken glass everywhere, especially the helmet box. Good thing it's the safe kind of broken glass.

Front brake pads are toast.

Only 1 rear wheel bearing went south, 3 out of four ain't bad.

1 wheel scrapper is bent, somhow the plastic on it melted completly too.

1 K&N Air filter got filled with mud on the super special stage. The resulting suction deformed the filter, letting dirt, grit, and rock chips into my airbox. 1 junk turbo. And now I know why I was so down on power on the last stage.
