Tuesday, March 22, 2005 - Hey Yall!

The team is leaving for Chattinooga TN this afternoon. The trip is an easy 20 hours. I've actually driven to TN nonstop, excluding to get coffee... and then pee... and then pee and get more coffee ect. Why is this article so dull? Well, not much to report. We were initially going to take Kylie, but decided to take her out west instead, mainly because she will be remapped there, and she is sadly down on power. So we had to swap the 4.44 gear box and rear diff, but that's pretty easy. I spent 3 days customizing the up pipe so the hudge 34 mm prodrive restrictor would fit under the intake. I spent so much time and energy on that thing I felt like I was making a majical item ( Anyone? D&D?) And to my amazment it hasn't leaked yet! We melted a fuel pump during testing, no big deal, but we only have one used spare. And we changed to new 05 STI links, which meant we had to "custom flare" Dannii's rear quarters (hit them with a hammer, alot). If a day goes by I don't hit something with a hammer to fix it, I get the shakes. So this is all you get. This boring little paragraph, and I'm not even going to spell check it. Ok, I'll throw in a picture of Dannii's cute new talepipe.
