Website FAQ - 2005/10/04 16:20 I would also like to let everyone know a little bit about how this website was designed. The entire website was coded in PHP and designed using a combination of HTML, CSS, and various Style Sheets.

The main problem is that none of the major web browsers display the same code equally. Therefore, this website will display as noted below:

1) Internet Explorer 6 on Windows - %100
- Wierd CSS formatting problems. weird HTML formatting problems, and refuses to render some PHP embedded in certain HTML, amongst about 100 other problems with IE that had to be worked through to render this website properly.

2) Mozilla/Firefox - %99
- What IE6 ignores or renders incorrectly, Firefox tends to ignore or render something else. Although Firefox tends to render web pages with about 1 problem to every 100 problems with IE, this website was designed to be as accommodating to both browsers as possible.

3) Opera - %60-70
- Sorry Opera fans, but Opera tends to make a complete mess of this website.

4) Konqueror - %99
- Roughly the same rendering issues as Firefox.

5) Safari - %99
- Roughly the same rendering issues as Firefox.

So, there you have it. It is tricky making a website work perfectly in all of the web browsers. I just barely scratched the surface of the formatting problems I had to work through with this website. But most people will either not notice or not care, so I just wanted everyone to be aware of how the code is working right now. If something appears weird or slightly out of place, try checking it out in another browser. If something is really, really rendered incorrectly or there is a problem, please contact me as soon as possible.

Thanks!!!
